Perched on rugged cliffs with mesmerizing views over the Pacific Ocean, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers is a luxury lodge on a 6,000-acre working sheep and cattle farm in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. This Relais & Chateaux property boasts a world-class golf course, indulgent spa, exquisite cuisine, and wonderful wildlife-viewing opportunities.

There are 20 guest suites along with the palatial Owner’s Cottage, which can be rented as a two- or four-bed house. The spacious suites feature king-size beds, walk-in wardrobes, en suites with deep, oversized bathtubs, and private balconies. The cottage also has a large living and dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and outdoor Jacuzzi.

The restaurant menu changes daily, featuring fresh seasonal cuisine, much of which is grown or raised on the farm. There’s a choice of dining locations and an extensive wine cellar.

The Farm at Cape Kidnapper is a golfer’s dream with a Tim Doak-designed, par-71 golf course, but wildlife lovers will relish a stay here too, with endangered Kiwis and the largest mainland gannet colony in the world.

Right in the heart of New Zealand’s stunning countryside, The Farm at Cape Kidnappers is a 50-minute flight from Wellington and a 40-minute drive from Napier Airport.

Accommodation
There are 22 cottage suites and a 4-bedroom Owner’s Cottage. Hilltop Suites are situated on the top of the hill above the lodge, offering spectacular vistas. Ridge Suites are spacious living areas with fireplaces and full minibars. Lodge Suites offer the convenience of proximity to the lodge facilities and oversized living areas. Lastly, the Owner's Cottage is ideal for a family or friends gathering with its 4 deluxe bedrooms with fireplaces, walk-in closets, private balconies, large living rooms, and an open-plan kitchen and dining area.

Enjoy magnificent views of the sea, pine forests, and snow-covered Mount Ruapehu while doing spa treatments.
