The Oberoi Lombok is a luxury hideaway on Medana Beach located on Lombok’s northwest coast. The hotel consists of stylish, thatched, one storey villas and pavilions dotted around 24 acres of tropical, lush gardens.

The property is home to 20 luxury villas and pavilions, some with pools clustered around the gardens. The rooms are furnished in traditional Indonesian style, using dark woods and richly woven carpets and Indonesian artifacts.

Dinner is served in an open-sided, thatched restaurant lit by candles and serving traditional Indonesian delicacies. Dance performances accompany an a la carte menu in the Amphitheater, and the Sunbird cafe and Tokek bar are perfect places to relax any time of day or night.

For those wishing to unwind, a visit to the Oberoi Spa is a must. A wide range of treatments is on offer in a beautiful and tranquil location. There’s also a weekly painting class as well as regular yoga sessions.

Location & Getting There
The resort is located on Medana Bay, just across from the famed Gili Islands. The resort is a 1 hour and 45-minutes drive from Lombok Airport and a 2-hour boat ride from Bali.

Accommodation
Oberoi Lombok offers the choice of ocean or gardens to view Balinese-style pavilions and villas. The Royal Villas offer a private dining pavilion and a private pool. The Ocean Villas also feature an outdoor dining pavilion, a private pool or garden, and a fully-stocked personal bar. Lastly, the Luxury Pavilions boast a private roofed terrace that looks out across the Medana Bay.

Activities
A diving or snorkeling trip to the nearby Gili Islands is highly recommended as this 3-island archipelago offers spectacularly clear waters and abundant marine life. Deep-sea fishing trips led by professional guides can also be arranged. Those who wish to remain on land can visit the Mayura Water Palace, Masbagik Village, or the Senggigi Beach to experience its nightlife.

Children are welcome to stay at the resort, and one extra bed can be provided in all room types for those under the age of 12. Babysitting services are also available with advance booking.
