With 82 suites and villas spread across five resorts, Six Senses properties are designed to guide visitors on a journey through the Happiest Place on Earth.

Six Senses Punakha is based on a traditional farmhouse and perched on a hillside overlooking rice paddies, hence its name ‘Flying Farmhouse among Rice Fields’. Set around a heated outdoor swimming pool, the luxury lodge blends 16 suites and three villas with rustic features such as mud bricks, woven bamboo and rattan with modern amenities. Floor-to-ceiling windows peer down the valley.

Set in the farmhouse, the restaurant at Six Senses Punakha has magnificent views of the Bhutanese valley, and there’s a Six Senses Spa offering traditional spa treatments. Additional facilities acilities include a library, heated outdoor pool, living room and lounge.

Go hiking through the valley to explore Punakha Dzong, authentic temples, monasteries and nunneries, and the fertility temple known as the Temple of Divine Madmen.
