The Jaffa

Located in Tel Aviv’s ancient port, The Jaffa, a Luxury Collection Hotel fuses historic architecture with modern luxuries. Set within a former 19th century hospital and monastery, architects John Pawson and Ramy Gill created an extraordinary luxury hotel with world-class facilities, including two American-style restaurants and an outdoor pool.

The Jaffa has 120 guestrooms and suites divided between the historic buildings and contemporary wing. The historic wing is located in the original building with collonaded walkways and staircases, high ceilings, natural travertine stone flooring, and deep-set arched windows, while the latter is a new addition that is far more modern in style. The rooms feature lofty ceilings, a neutral colour scheme, spacious en suites with rainfall showers, and state-of-the-art technology. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlook Jaffa, Tel Aviv or the central courtyard, many with private balconies.

The restaurants showcase American dining. Don Camillo fuses North American cuisine with Italian classics, while Golda’s Deli is a traditional New York-style diner.
