Located on La Ronda, a historic street in the heart of Quito’s UNESCO-listed old town, La Casona de la Ronda Heritage Boutique Hotel is a beautifully restored colonial mansion. Set around a central courtyard wrapped in green foliage, this historic hotel has a warm, welcoming ambiance with modern comforts.

The 22 colonial-style guestrooms and suites feature polished wooden floors, period furniture, traditional colorful textiles, and en suites with rain showers. The spacious suites have comfortable living areas, while the king suite has an interior patio.

The ground floor lobby houses a breakfast area and restaurant serving authentic Ecuadorian cuisine, along with some cozy nooks for sitting and reading. There’s also a small lounge on the top floor overlooking the rooftops of Quito.

La Ronda is traditionally a bohemian artisan’s district, and the street is filled with handicraft stores, restaurants, and cafés. The historic buildings, churches, cathedral, monasteries, and museums of Quito are a short walk away.
