Niyama offers private studios, suites, and pavilions that are either built over the water or come with direct beach access. Beach Studios with Pools feature custom-made beds and outdoor decks with plunge pools. Each one comes with an outdoor bathroom, and a personal thakuru (butler) ensures your stay seamless.

The Edge, Niyama’s signature restaurant and lounge floats on the lagoon surface and serves African, Asian, South American, and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Drift Spa has treatment rooms, a sauna, and a steam room. After dark, there’s live music at Fahrenheit and glow parties at the world’s first underwater nightclub, Subsix. On land, there’s a 24-hour games room with air hockey, a cinema, and a pool table.
