Anassa Hotel, a Leading Hotel of The World, is located on the fringes of Cyprus’s Akamas National Park, a park near the coastal village of Neo Chorio, home to rare butterflies and orchids.

Hidden behind greenery, this whitewashed, tiered, multi-award-winning hotel cascades down to the sandy beach of Chrysochou Bay.

The 166 rooms and suites are decorated in local stone, marble, whitewashed wood, and white textiles. Many have wraparound windows, balconies, or private sun terraces.

There are four restaurants and four bars. The flagship restaurant, Basilko, serves Mediterranean and Asian-inspired gourmet cuisine by candlelight. Afternoon tea takes place on the terrace.

Spend your days by the infinity pools, terraces, and paved area designed to resemble a village square. The elegant Thalassa Spa is decorated in an elaborate Romanesque style and offers a pool, saunas, steam baths, and fabulous treatments.

There’s also a squash and tennis court, a gym and yoga facilities, and watersports are available.
